How long will it take to repair my Friend?
Each case is unique, so that means the times can vary. Usually we take around 4-7 days but some can be longer, or some we can even do same day.
How much will it cost?
Sadly there’s no quick answer for this one, it will depend entirely on what you’d like doing, how long it will take, the size and materials. That’s why we always say message us for a quote, but don’t worry below are some starting prices that should hopefully help you have an idea
Simple repairs start at £5.
Cleaning services start at £30.
Cleaning and restuffing services start at £40.
One day turnaround services start from £50.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Ellesmere Port not far from Chester, but don’t worry lots of bears visit us by post and they seem to enjoy the journey with our postie too!

Amazing service, my son desperately needed his stuffed dog sewing. Sophie offered to help and managed to complete it within ten minutes which meant it was back home in time for bed.
I was so pleased with the service that I felt comfortable enough to trust Sophie with my beloved old, dirty and flattened first Teddy Custard. Custard was bathed, restuffed and had his smile fixed. He looks as good as new.

My husband has had his teddy Bernard (my pet monster) for the last 36 years and Bernard was starting to look very sorry for himself over the years. We saw Bear Care recommended for another teddy so I sent a message and enquired about the work required on ours. Very quick response and extremely helpful and lovely professional manner. We had him booked in straight away and such a quick turnaround. Reasonably priced for what we had done and we just can’t get over how amazing he looks. So happy. Thank you so much and we would highly recommend for any teddies that are needing any repair or a spa treatment to look like new again.

I mean wow! What an incredible job that has been done with my sons bear. This bear was a present sent over from Spain by his great nan and great gaga. So it meant a lot. Freddie was instantly attached to him and he goes everywhere with him if he's sad he wants him if he's happy he tells him. Then when we lost his great gaga and then he lost his actual rabbit who did he want? Bun. He now has a new lease of life and looks brand new again. Thank you so so much I honestly cried seeing him restored 😢 🥰🥰🥰
I absolutely love Bunny so much I’m Autistic and have had bunny since I was a baby and he was starting to fall apart so was made up when I found he could be re stuffed and cleaned and holes fixed thanks so much Sophie I love him

My Little Roo, sadly lost his bounce when he was so worn all the stuffing in his little legs was gone 😪 so I messaged Bear Care to see if he could spend a little time getting pampered and the bounce back. Fabulous service - good comms, professional and friendly and most of all, care taken to make repairs to our precious bears.
Cannot recommend Bear Care enough! Sophie restored my beloved nearly 40 year old Elephant teddy back to his former glory and took such good care of him along the way. If you have a plush that needs some special care, or just a spruce up I would highly recommend Bear Care.
